Ice Cap Organics is a family owned and operated Certified Organic farm located in the Pemberton Valley. We are small-scale and sell everything we produce here in the Sea to Sky and Vancouver area. We founded our farm in 2008 on a shoestring budget and a bit of leased land and have since bought our own land and established ourselves as a viable local producer. We grow a wide variety of vegetables so that we can offer over 50 different varieties for our CSA’s and at our farmer’s markets, plus we have a flock of laying hens, broiler chickens, and pasture raised pigs. We are excited to add berries, tree fruit and honey bees in the future.
We’ve always believed that through growing healthy food and connecting it directly to our customers we can make a meaningful contribution to our community. We feel like we can help make positive cultural shifts in food and land stewardship, and that farmers play an important role in making the world a better place.
